About the Role

D&E Cleaning Services is seeking Compassionate Cleaning Specialists to support specialized residential cleaning projects. This role focuses on hoarder homes and homes of elderly clients, requiring professionalism, discretion, patience, and respect.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced independent cleaners or established cleaning companies interested in third-party contracting with consistent, meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed residential cleaning services in: Hoarder homes Homes of elderly or vulnerable clients Follow project-specific instructions and timelines Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times Work collaboratively with D&E Cleaning Services' project leads Use safe cleaning practices and proper PPE Document completed work as required

Ideal Candidate

Independent cleaning professionals or licensed cleaning companies Experience with deep cleaning, organizing, or bio-sensitive environments is a plus Comfortable working in challenging environments Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Able to work with compassion and without judgment Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise arranged)

Contractor Requirements

Operates as a

1099 Independent Contractor

Valid business registration (for companies) Proof of insurance preferred Ability to pass background checks if required by the client Must provide invoices for payment processing

Compensation & Payment

$25/hour
