Company Chef / Protein Specialist

to help our customers and sales teams bring EVCO products to life. This role combines culinary creativity with product expertise--demonstrating, training, and inspiring others to sell and serve more EVCO products.

What You'll Do:

As EVCO's Company Chef and Protein Specialist, you'll serve as the culinary expert and brand ambassador for our product lines. You'll collaborate with our sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to develop, present, and promote EVCO products in ways that inspire customers and drive business growth. Your creativity and culinary insight will help elevate product knowledge across the company and within our customer base.

Day-to-day, you'll

:

Plan and lead product demos, tastings, and culinary presentations for customers and sales staff Develop and cost recipes, menu ideas, and merchandising tools that feature EVCO products--especially proteins Partner with sales and marketing teams to promote new items, seasonal features, and customer programs Provide training and field support to help customers improve product utilization and menu profitability Support product evaluations, vendor tastings, and food shows while maintaining food safety standards

What We're Looking For:

Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on chef experience (3+ years) Strong knowledge of proteins--cutting, preparation, yield, and menu applications Confident public speaker and trainer with solid food costing and presentation skills ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) Willingness to travel for demos and events (approx. 25-50%)
