\xc2\xb7 Assist in maintaining a safe environment and routine housecleaning \xc2\xb7 Plan and prepare nutritious meals \xc2\xb7 Assist client with ambulation with or without assistive devices \xc2\xb7 Follow universal and fall precautions \xc2\xb7 Attend and/or complete eight in-services per year \xc2\xb7 Encourage client to become as independent as possible \xc2\xb7 Promote clients mental alertness through involvement in activities of interest \xc2\xb7 Complete documentation of daily care provided to client \xc2\xb7 Report change in client\xe2\x80\x99s mental or physical condition to immediate supervisor \xc2\xb7 Confirm weekly schedule \xc2\xb7 Maintain confidentiality per agency policy and HIPPA \xc2\xb7 Present a positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic image about self and agency \xc2\xb7 Promote harmonious work environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour Benefits:
