Job Description

We're looking for at least 2 motivated individuals to join our team. As a Community Support Professional, you'll work with adults who have sustained a brain injury--helping them live as independently and fully as possible.

What You'll Do:

Support individuals with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation Provide transportation to community activities, errands, and medical appointments Assist with day-to-day activities and routines within both group homes, private homes, and apartment settings Encourage skill-building, communication, and community involvement Complete daily documentation and collaborate with other team members Promote independence through creativity, patience, and consistent support In some situations, help de-escalate individuals experiencing emotional stress
Who You Are:

Dependable, patient, and compassionate Positive attitude and strong communication skills Able to adapt to changing needs and maintain professionalism Sense of humor recommended--you'll need it sometimes!
Requirements:

Valid Vermont driver's license Safe, reliable, insured vehicle Must pass all required background checks
Schedule & Benefits:
