We are a brand-new company that is seeking empathetic individuals to join our team as Community Service Specialists. As a Community Service Specialist, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, promoting their independence and well-being.

The Community Service Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing community engagement and support through various programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for implementing positive support plans and goals with an emphasis on community integration and skill-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, time-management skills, a passion for public service, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.

Duties

Implement all positive support plans and goals. Travel between various locations. Coordinate meeting times and plans with individuals receiving services. Conduct assessments of community needs to inform program development. Maintain records related to program activities and services provided.

Requirements

Experience in the human services field preferred, but not required. Strong leadership abilities with experience in skill-building. Knowledge of community resources. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in managing documentation and reports. Ability to problem-solve independently and adapt to different environments.
