Community Services Coordinator

The Atrisco Companies, a non-profit organization, seeks a full-time Community Services Coordinator to support before and after-school programs' food services in Albuquerque. Primary functions include assisting the Director with meal visits, managing the Child and Adult Care Food Program, providing support for El Campo Santo (burial services), and other duties. Must be flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills are required. General Purpose

To Support the Director of Community Services with all State and Federal compliances pertaining to CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program).

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Assist the Director with meal visits required by the State and RGEC After School Program

Assist the Director with CACFP monthly claim process

Assist the Director with the organization of all CACFP paperwork and backup

Provide general administrative support to Director in CACFP and El Campo Santo (ECS)

CACFP site training with program staff

Any other assignments deemed necessary by Director

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency required

Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Must have reliable transportation

Flexibility is a must

Salary Range $42,000 to $46,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.19 - $22.11 per hour
