We are seeking to fill three separate part-time roles, each with the option to increase hours by working one-on-one with a second individual. You'll have the opportunity to build strong rapport, support community inclusion, and tailor your schedule to fit your life.


Build a schedule that works for you-choose your workdays from the options below and complete your weekly hours in a way that best supports your availability.




Position 1:

12 hours/week - flexible scheduling on

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday

Position 2:

16 hours/week - flexible scheduling on

Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, or Sunday

Position 3:

20 hours/week - flexible scheduling on

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

About the Role

Tutelage Residential Services empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections. We're seeking a compassionate, patient, and community-minded Community Participation Support DSP to help individuals thrive in everyday life working in a relaxed and laid back environment.




What You'll Do


------------------

Support individuals during community activities (libraries, recreation centers, social clubs, gyms, etc.) Attend outings such as meals, movies, shopping trips, and cultural events Assist with volunteering or job-related community activities Teach public transportation skills and safe travel practices Encourage communication, social skills, and relationship building Support decision-making, daily planning, and goal-oriented activities Promote independence in areas such as:

+ Money managementbudgeting
+ Safety awareness
+ Time managementscheduling
Complete documentation through EVV systems (training provided) Follow ISPs and implement behavioral support strategies as needed Communicate progress and concerns with the team Maintain dignity, privacy, and rights of the individuals served Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development



What You Bring

Flexibility, empathy, patience, and strong communication skills Ability to redirect and de-escalate respectfully Organized, adaptable, and confident using technology (Microsoft Office, digital documentation) Ability to work independently and collaboratively



Minimum Requirements


------------------------

High school diploma or GED 1+ year Human Services/caregiving experience (preferred) Valid PA driver's license with acceptable driving record Reliable vehicle to use with current inspectioninsurance Ability to pass background checks and all required health screenings



Bonus Skills


----------------

Experience with Therap EVV or ISP documentation CPR/First Aid certification
