Community Outreach Specialists

to connect with homeowners and introduce them to top-tier roofing upgrades and clean solar energy solutions.


As the face of our brand in the field, you'll spark interest, schedule consultations, and get paid well to educate people about how they can save money, protect their homes, and go green-all at once.

What You'll Do

Walk door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Start friendly conversations about roofing and solar benefits Qualify interest and schedule appointments for our expert consultants Input lead data into our CRM app within 1 hour Wear branded gear and represent our values with energy and professionalism Provide feedback to the sales & marketing teams to improve our strategy

Schedule & Work Hours

Tues-Sat shifts (preferred)

2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

(prime homeowner hours)

25-30 hours/week average

Appointments Set 5+ per week Doors Knocked 125+ per day CRM Accuracy 100% of leads logged within 1 hour Customer Feedback Positive interaction scores from surveys & team reports
