We are seeking an energetic and motivated Community Outreach Sales professional to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
Develop and execute community outreach strategies to promote our products and services effectively within targeted territories.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking events.
Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential clients about our offerings.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns that resonate with community interests and needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, sales pipelines, and territory management efforts to optimize performance.
Lead territory management initiatives by strategically planning visits, scheduling follow-ups, and expanding reach within assigned regions.
Provide feedback from community interactions to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a focus on community engagement.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and direct sales approaches.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
Excellent negotiation skills paired with outstanding communication abilities for effective customer interactions.
Experience in marketing or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform cold calling, lead generation, and inside/outside sales activities confidently.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and optimize outreach strategies.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward upselling and product demos.
