Position Overview

The Community Outreach Representative (Entry Level) plays a key role in supporting community events, engaging directly with the public, and helping raise awareness for important causes and community programs. This position includes paid training, mentorship, and clear pathways for career growth into leadership roles.



Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of community events and outreach programs. Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, partners, and community leaders. Represent the company and its clients at events, fundraisers, and community initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach goals with company objectives. Research and identify new community partnership opportunities. Track participation, gather community feedback, and prepare reports on outreach activities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Passion for community involvement and public engagement. No experience required - full training provided. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
