Community Outreach Marketer - Healthcare Facility (Hempstead, NY)
Salary: $50,000-$75,000 base + commission

This role is ideal for someone energetic, personable, and deeply familiar with the Hempstead and surrounding communities, especially the Spanish-speaking population.
About the Role
The Community Outreach Marketer will work in the field daily to build awareness of the practice and bring new patients into care. Our facility provides comprehensive primary care along with select specialty services, delivered by experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, and a strong bilingual support team. We are known in the community for our warm, patient?centered approach, short wait times, and genuine commitment to continuity of care. Once patients walk in, they are met with a welcoming atmosphere, culturally sensitive communication, and a clinical team that prioritizes building long?term, trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outreach across Hempstead and neighboring areas
Build relationships with local residents, businesses, and community organizations
Promote practice services at community events, health fairs, and relevant gatherings
Track outreach activity, leads, and new patient growth through an internal system or CRM
Provide weekly reporting on outreach and patient conversions
Collaborate with management to continuously refine outreach strategies
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare outreach, field marketing, or patient acquisition
Strong understanding of the Hempstead community
Spanish-speaking required
Confident, reliable, and organized
Comfortable being in the field daily (not a desk-based role)
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Must have a car and be able to travel locally
Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000-$75,000
Commission: Based on new patient acquisition
