Balance Autism is looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to add to our team! This leader maintains all enrollment and community outreach activities for an assigned geographic region. The Outreach Coordinator will represent the company and work with the Senior Director of Marketing and Enrollment to develop and implement initiatives that increase enrollment and company visibility within the surrounding communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Act as the first point of contact for Balance Autism.
Guide, support, and educate families through the admissions process.
Maintain regular contact with families on the waiting list.
Manage all service-applications and supported documentation for regional location(s).
Retain and build the waiting list for regional location(s).
Lead the enrollment process to fill all admissions-requests.
Provide tours to families seeking services.
Establish a calendar of outreach activities and attend those events - community gatherings, resource fairs, and other outreach opportunities.
Nurture new and old relationships with collaborative partners and referral sources.
Assist in the cultivation and development of success stories and other newsworthy narrative through social media channels and newsletters.
Track and report department metrics and data trends.
Additional duties as assigned.

Required associate degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in outreach, community engagement, enrollment, account management, or nonprofit services.
Preferred bachelor's degree in social work, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
Preferred previous knowledge of disability services.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Compassionate, a curious learner, and metrics driven.
PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit, talk, and hear.
Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Occasionally required to stand and walk.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
