Job Description


Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Partner with GM to ensure that all marketing activities are designed to have retail sales impact. This would include P&L responsibilities, budget deployment and management.

\xc2\xb7 Work with other company regional marketing team members across brand, creative, product marketing, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing

\xc2\xb7 Brand development for iAnthus owned brands in cooperation with GMs and Corporate Marketing including package component management as it relates to cost cutting and ESG goals

\xc2\xb7 Partner with GM/operations leadership to understand operational capabilities and limitations and develop and execute market-wide promotions and programs to drive sales, traffic, and digital engagement

\xc2\xb7 Work with GM in the selection of non-iAnthus brands, monitor performance and manage SKU presence

\xc2\xb7 Partner with Corporate Marketing to provide programs in support of the wholesale sales teams

\xc2\xb7 Ensure seamless execution of projects, including kickoffs, scheduling, creative development, agency and packaging/print vendor identification, stakeholder reviews/approvals, compliance review, and production/printing

\xc2\xb7 Plan and implement a strong plan for demand growth and ongoing engagement optimization; establish a culture of experimentation and measurement

\xc2\xb7 Lead our customer strategy; deeply know who our customer is and what motivates them; ensure the entire company is aligned around and inspired by our customer

\xc2\xb7 Manage and track regional marketing goals and objectives and adjust the strategy to meet metrics and agreed-upon KPIs. Responsible for monthly board updates.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct analytics and research \xe2\x80\x93 Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. Weave together data-driven decision-making and encourage creativity

\xc2\xb7 Manage and track regional marketing budget and calendar

\xc2\xb7 Work with GMs and Store Managers in developing a retail brand with associative merchandising architecture

\xc2\xb7 Partner with HR and operations regarding community outreach, onsite marketing events, and employer brand awareness

\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or equivalent education and experience

\xc2\xb7 4-6 years of experience in CPG and retail

\xc2\xb7 Well-developed budget management skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong connections in the local markets with a deep understanding of the cannabis community and what makes the region unique

\xc2\xb7 An understanding and appreciation of the value of disruptive marketing with the ability to innovate in all aspects of the position\xe2\x80\x99s functions

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with an eye for the big picture

\xc2\xb7 Highly collaborative and willing to seek and accept ideas from non-marketing associates

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize short- and long-term goals

\xc2\xb7 Excited to develop creative programs and solutions

\xc2\xb7 Genuine interest in the performance of the business to drive results

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well independently and remotely from team leader and peers

\xc2\xb7 Superb verbal, written, and presentation skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills
