Oversee daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community Ensure continued compliance with affordable housing regulations Lead and support leasing and maintenance teams Manage budgets, occupancy goals, and financial performance Maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction and community appearance
What You Bring
5+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
