Community Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of two smaller apartment communities in Eugene, OR. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and property management skills.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills
Responsible for the overall operations and organization of the property including supervision of all property personnel, administrative duties, adhering to all Federal, State and local laws, maintaining positive relationships with the residents of the property, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
Education and/or Experience:
2 years previous experience as Community Manager Any equivalent combination of education and experience. HUD, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing: (Highly Preferred) Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, fair housing, and employee safety.
