What You'll Do:

Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship

What You'll Need:

1-3 years of maintenance experience required Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
