Job Summary:





The Community Liaison serves as the primary representative of the assisted living community to potential residents, families, referral sources, and the broader local area. This role is responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and promoting the facility's services to ensure occupancy goals are met. The Liaison plays a vital role in connecting the community with residents' needs and creating a positive public image for the facility.

Key Responsibilities:




Outreach & Relationship Development:



+ Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, senior centers, social workers, and other referral sources. + Represent the community at networking events, health fairs, and senior expos.

Marketing & Promotion:



+ Promote the assisted living facility's services and amenities through presentations, brochures, digital media, and in-person visits.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and events.

Lead Management & Tours:



+ Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families.
+ Conduct community tours, answer questions, and guide families through the admission process.
+ Maintain CRM database and follow up on leads regularly.

Resident Admission Support:



+ Assist in pre-admission assessments and help coordinate smooth transitions for new residents.
+ Communicate with staff to prepare for incoming residents and ensure personalized care plans are in place.

Community Engagement:



+ Foster relationships with local organizations and attend community events to enhance the facility's visibility.
+ Create opportunities for community involvement within the facility (e.g., volunteer programs, intergenerational activities).

Qualifications:




Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field (preferred).

2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach (senior living experience strongly preferred). Knowledge of senior care services, including assisted living, memory care, and long-term care options. Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site meetings and events.

Working Conditions:




Must be able to travel locally and attend evening or weekend events as needed. * Work is typically performed in both an office and community setting, including healthcare environments.
