The Position:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Community Liaison for our Baton Rouge Market. The Community Liaison is responsible for marketing and business development within the Pediatric Health Care Community in which we serve. Building and maintaining key decision maker relationships, managing and processing patient referrals, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and overseeing the patient's admission into our centers.

This role requires a proactive, organized, and empathetic individual who can effectively communicate with external healthcare agencies, patient families, healthcare providers, and internal staff.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Implement Market Strategy to drive referral volume to the center that ensures budgetary monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are met or exceeded. Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal staff to ensure smooth transitions for patients and families during the referral to admission process. Will be expected to travel within the Baton Rouge Area weekly. Expected to work one 2-3 days per week not to exceed 16-24 hours per week as part-time employment status.

Requirements:

Expected ability and experience with marketing/business development in the Pediatric HealthCare space. Must have a reliable form of personal transportation. Ability to attend and set up customer presentations, learning luncheons, and vendor booths. Pediatric Nursing, Social Work, Case Management or Business Development experience preferred
