Overview

Hiring someone with real life experience!

Seeking someone to work for a person living in Columbia, Maryland. The person is looking for someone to assist them with their volunteering and side projects regarding bullying advocacy and domestic violence. Responsibilities are giving transportation to the person out into the community, helping the the person with their community volunteering and accompanying them at community events. Responsibilities also include assisting with the persons project development, including website development, developing informative videos for their website, etc.

The ideal candidate would have professional training in victim advocacy, pertaining to bullying, domestic violence, and sexual assault. The candidate must also have experience assisting with technology, organization skills, and volunteer experience. We are also looking for excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate demeanor.

Candidates may only apply if they are fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and Flu. Candidates must pass a criminal background check, and get or have CPR/First Aid training.

Job Type/Schedule:

Part-time Thursdays, 11am-4:30pm Weekends may vary Paid Time Off available

Starting salary:

$27.50/hour with opportunity for a raise with good performance evaluation at 30 days
