What You'll Do

This isn't just about looking good online. You'll be the heartbeat of the Focus brand--leading a talented team, driving visibility across markets, and making sure everything we put out tells the right story, with the right energy.

Own the Brand

Lead the brand identity: voice, tone, style, visuals, and values Build instant trust: make people feelwho we are before they know what we do Elevate our public image--from residents to local leaders to future hires Create PR-worthy storytelling: community wins, team spotlights, lifestyle content, and partnerships that matter

Lead the Creative Team

Manage our Brand Specialist, Content Creator, and Marketing Specialist Run meetings, oversee workflow, and keep the team's energy and execution on point Coach for excellence--and hold the standard high Audit creative output weekly to ensure alignment with the Focus feel

Drive Reputation + Recognition

Build local engagement strategies that actually connect Grow our employer brand: highlight culture, career growth, and why Focus hits different Launch storytelling campaigns that turn experiences into buzz Audit listings, content, and visuals to ensure they build trust and drive conversions
