Phone & Communications Specialist
Join a friendly and professional health care team dedicated to helping patients improve their health and well-being! Our chiropractic office is seeking a Phone & Communications Specialist who will be the first point of contact for patients -- both over the phone and through our online messaging platform.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls warmly and professionally
Communicate with patients via text and online messaging platforms
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Provide accurate information about services and office procedures
Take detailed messages and relay information clearly to team members
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in patient communications and records
Support the office team with light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
Warm, friendly, and professional communication style
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative roles is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
