The Communications Intern will support the Integrated Marketing Group's content & communications team through copywriting, PR support, and more. This role will contribute to both short- and long-form copy creation across social media, email, internal communications, and web while also assisting with ongoing influencer campaigns. The position offers the intern hands-on experience in content marketing, public relations, and influencer engagement within a professional, team-based environment.
Responsibilities:

• Support short- and long-form copywriting for social media, email, internal communications, and website blog content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to write accurate and engaging content targeted to key audiences
• Actively participate in team meetings and trainings
• Assist with content research, competitive analysis, and content ideation
• Support influencer/media events and campaigns, including resource-creation and coordination

Qualifications:

• Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
• Skilled in the use of computer applications such as social media and influencer management platforms and project management software
• Professional or academic experience in writing, communications, marketing, public relations, social media, or digital content creation
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail for editing and proofreading
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and revise work efficiently
• Basic understanding of PR, influencer marketing, and social media best practices
• Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn

The expected pay rate for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour and is full time.
