We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our products. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to provide informed assistance. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in training new staff members as needed, sharing best practices for sales and customer service.

Experience

Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash registers. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $24.11 - $29.04 per hour
