The Wreck Room in Topsham is seeking a results-driven marketing manager to help generate sustainable revenue. The Wreck Room is Midcoast Maine's best indoor recreation experience. With axe throwing, rage rooms, an indoor air gun range, paint splatter rooms, and a full bar, there's something for everyone to enjoy!

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Oversee the management of the organization's website using Squarespace, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. Create content on-site to be used in various advertisements. Lead budgeting efforts for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, e-commerce, and content marketing. Strong skills in copywriting with the ability to create persuasive content that drives action. Familiarity with Google analytics and other performance tracking tools. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Paid on commission only The successful candidate will be compensated at 20% of revenue generated for large group (10+ person) sales, 10% of month over month growth.
