Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall presentation of the store. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail.

Duties

Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions Sell products by identifying customer needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in residential appliance sales. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience with POS systems is beneficial for efficient transaction processing. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $900.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 - 42 per week
