We are seeking a Commissary Lead to join our baking team! You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and help drive operational excellence throughout our expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
Seamlessly execute a variety of pastry recipes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
Expertly mix and shape doughs including brioche, bread, and laminated varieties
Perform lamination techniques for croissants and other viennoiserie products
Help lead training for new team members
Assist with scheduling and ordering
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Monitor product quality and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Adapt to fast-paced kitchen environments and adjust based on changing production needs
Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including: ovens, mixers, proofer, floors, freezer, and refrigerators.

4+ years experience in pastry positions
