We are seeking an experienced skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in appliance repair (Beverage appliance), mechanical knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy problem-solving, we welcome you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and technical manuals
- Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed
- Provide field service for on-site repairs
- Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Beverage appliance repair or related field
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment repair
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license for multiple sites
-Must have a reliable method of transportation (must use own car) vehicle issued after probationary period
- Experience in the coffee & beverage industry is a plus. Bunn, La Marzocco, Mastrena, Schaerer
