Position is for an Outside Commercial Tire Salesperson with the experience needed to join our team.
Salesperson will be responsible for commercial tire sales in Texas and will need to live and travel in Texas to best sell and service customers.
Goals and objectives will be achieved by selling our products and services, building strong relationships with customers, resulting in regional growth. You'll be the face of our brand, working closely with clients to meet their needs and delivering top-notch sales and service with integrity.
1. Sell our commercial tire line and services to existing clients and to your new prospects to achieve sales targets.
2. Travel the state of Florida as needed.
3. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by keeping them informed about our offerings, promotions, and updates.
Visit clients as needed to understand their needs, opportunities, additional sales, and ensure confidence.
5. Collect customer feedback to help fine-tune our services and stay competitive in the market.
6. Keep detailed records of your customer interactions, sales activities.
7. Support sales campaigns and market initiatives as directed by the sales team.
8. Work with payment collection and ensure customers' timely payments.

Solid understanding of the Texas commercial new tire sales markets.
Strong communication and people skills.
A self-starter attitude with a focus on getting results.
Solid sales negotiation and customer service skills.
Comfort working on your own while staying in sync with the broader sales team.
Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor's degree is a plus, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial tire industry, however open to passionate candidates from other sectors.
Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
