The Commercial Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership and expertise in the construction industry.

• Manage all on-site activities for commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project flow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
• Oversee quality control to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
