As an Assistant Roofing Service Technician, you will primarily assist in execution of all service calls and warranty repairs at Dynamic National under the direction of a lead service technician.

Roofing Service Assistant Technician job responsibilities:



Assist with set up, material loading, roof repairs, maintenance, and leak investigations as instructed by lead technician



Working with commercial and residential roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR, Shingles and Metal)

Safely Operate hand/power tools. Perform basic patching, sealing, and waterproofing as instructed by the lead technician. Follow all OSHA safety procedures and maintain clean equipment. Must be comfortable working at heights. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Repeatedly.

Document service and installation actions for billing requirements.



Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.



Updates job knowledge by participating in educational training opportunities.



Commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction.



Responsible for safe work sites, equipment, and truck.



Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing from job sites.



Must be able to work well on a team and take direction from the lead service technician.

Skills and Qualifications:



Experience as a repair technician on commercial roofs



Strong ability to analyze information to present solutions and service we provide, specific to client



Focus on quality, driven by results and positive client relationships



Knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools



Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35-40 per week
