Commercial Roofing Project Manager
Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER
$30-$40 an hour DOE.
Determine materials required for each project and coordinate with distributor when materials can be delivered and received.
Supervise teams and inspect the quality of work to ensure standards are met.
Ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
Prepare and deliver reports detailing the progress of all roofing work.
Attend job walks and go on roof walks; and meet with customers
Look at buildings, measure roofs, cut roof see how many layers take photos.
May perform other duties as assigned.
pull permits, start to finish.
Meet city for finals
Fill out material warranties
Schedule reroofs and repairs with customers.
Line out with the guys with their daily schedule
Fleet Maintenance Records / Scheduling Truck's Service
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
