About the Role

We're looking for a

competitive, income-driven Outside Sales Rep

to join our commercial roofing team. You'll meet directly with property managers, building owners, and facility managers to generate new business, build relationships, and close deals on everything from small repairs to large commercial projects. If you want control of your income and thrive on competition, this is your shot.

Responsibilities

Prospect and meet with property managers, building owners, and facility managers

Conduct roof inspections (

) Enter contact details and manage your pipeline using CRM Own your activity: from first contact through inspection, proposal, and close Consistently hit activity and sales goals

Qualifications

Hunter mentality: you're

driven by desire to control your own income and getting results

Self-starter who doesn't wait for leads to land in your lap Strong communicator, comfortable meeting people in person Prior outside sales experience preferred (construction or roofing a plus, not required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Earnings

Six-figure potential: $136,500+ in year two

$36,000 Base + 10% commission structure designed to reward performance Truck allowance available after 90-day probation Company cell phone provided from day one Comprehensive Sales Training and ongoing support to set you up for success
