What you'll be doing:

Working with the team to execute work orders with the A-Best quality approach Locating and repairing leaks on commercial roofs Repairing TPO, Modified, Metal & Coatings on low slope roofs Ensuring roofs are watertight Maintaining a safe, clean work environment

Qualifications:

Required:

Commercial roofing experience with tpo, modified & silicone coatings. Metal experience is a bonus Valid Driver's License Ability to lift upwards of 75lbs Courteous and professional communication skills Contribute to a high-functioning team as well as work independently
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving ability Detail-oriented Ability to read and understand blueprints and work orders Ability to use and maintain roofing equipment - hand tools, ladders, power tools, harnesses, etc.
Preferred skills:

2+ years of commercial roofing experience OSHA Certification Knowledge of all roof types Experience using software or apps to update progress on jobs
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
