Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair cooling systems and other dairy farm operational components Perform preventative maintenance to ensure reliable performance and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control components with attention to detail and safety. Collaborate with service managers, parts teams, and customers to deliver high-quality, timely solutions. Maintain accurate service records and uphold company standards for communication, appearance, and professionalism. Represent Excel Dairy Service's values of integrity, teamwork, and service excellence in every customer interaction.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC-R, or related mechanical service (dairy or food industry experience a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration, controls, and electrical systems. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal) preferred. Ability to work both independently and with others, manage time efficiently, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Commitment to a service-first mindset and continuous learning.

Pay: $37.00 - $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
