Controller - Commercial Real Estate
Who: Strong, Stable and Growing Commercial Real Estate Organization
What: Commercial Real Estate Controller
When: Immediate Need
Where: Alpharetta, North Atlanta
Why: Newly created position as the company is moving it's corporate HQ to Atlanta
Salary: $130k - $150k - depending on experience
Responsibilities:

• Someone who can come in and add build the accounting department.
• They are looking for a hands-on person
• Strong GAAP
• Ability to build accounting systems, polices and procedures, etc
• Handle Multiple LLC's
• Integrate Accounting Software and Data System
• Understand Debt Equity
• CPA is a MUST
• Experience working with Private Equity
• Responsible for Accounting and Finance
• Strong M&A Experience is a plus
