to join our top-performing team. We are looking for proactive professionals with

1-2 years of experience

specializing in

industrial warehouse or retail investment sales and leasing

This position is 100% commission.

In this role, you'll be key to our success, working with both buyers and sellers to close deals efficiently and profitably. We're looking for an agent who can:

Generate new leads through social media, direct marketing, and other creative strategies. Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and the buying/selling process. Negotiate and manage the entire sales process on behalf of your clients. Coordinate with a network of vendors, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers, to ensure smooth transactions. Handle all paperwork with precision, keeping deals on track and on time.

Requirements

A current Utah real estate license. 1-2 years of experience specializing in industrial or retail investment sales and leasing. A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus). Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of the real estate sales process and local, state, and federal regulations.
