Responsibilities

Your Role

As a Commercial Real Estate Agent on our team, you will:

Prospect, network, and build relationships with investors, business owners, and developers. Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and investment strategies across various asset classes. Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to close with a focus on client success. Collaborate with our residential and mortgage partners to provide clients with a full-service real estate experience.

Qualifications

Active Oregon Real Estate License

(required). 2+ years of real estate experience (commercial experience preferred, residential experience with interest in transitioning considered). Strong prospecting and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients grow and invest. Team player eager to leverage PLACE systems and coaching to maximize results.
