Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading successful projects? JW Chain Contractors, LLC is seeking a Commercial Project Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects with precision and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timeliness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Lead onsite construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation to management and stakeholders as required.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum of 5 of experience as a Commercial and/or Residential Project Superintendent, Project Manager, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on safety, quality, and timeliness.
- Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- OSHA 10-Hour certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in Operating construction machinery (forklift, skidsteer, etc..)
