Job Description

  • Lead all phases of the project from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control

  • Resolve issues swiftly to keep the project on track and exceed client expectations

  • 3-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Background in fast-paced retail projects, preferably with high end clientele
  • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Strong client facing communication and meeting facilitation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to deliver excellence
