Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Project/Construction Manager

to oversee our commercial construction projects in Northern Nevada area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in supervising commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery and profitability. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success. Use project management software (e.g. Buildertrend, ProCore, Primavera, MS Project) for effective project tracking, reporting, and documentation. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution. Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail. Utilize software for cost estimation and to prepare accurate bids for potential projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience

in commercial project management within the construction industry.

Proficiency

in project management software such as Buildertrend, ProCore and Primavera. Strong understanding of

construction processes

, blueprint reading, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

, capable of managing client and subcontractor relationships. Ability to manage

valid driver's license

and reliable transportation are required.

Working Conditions

Work will involve exposure to varying noise and dust levels Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions which include, but are not limited to, extreme heat, snow, rainfall, and complement of all seasons, combined with varying starting and stopping times.

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Weekends as needed depending on project demands
