Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. We contract service over 50 locations in the 417 area code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with experience in service and repair. This role involves working with various refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are maintained, along with acquiring the knowledge to maintain & repair all other equipment in the QSR space. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with restaurant equipment. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on systems to ensure efficiency. Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory of parts used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a service technician in refrigeration or air conditioning. Familiarity with appliance repair and equipment repair techniques. Ability to operate a work van for transportation to job sites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. EPA Certification required. Must be able to pass any required background checks or certifications related to the position.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
