What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment: ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, etc. Perform planned preventive maintenance and on-demand service calls. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering weekends and holidays. Use mobile dispatch systems to track calls, document repairs, and order parts. Work in varied commercial foodservice environments with exposure to heat, steam, and active operations. Act as the face of Hytek at customer locations, delivering service with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with dispatch, CSR, and parts/warranty teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED. Complimentary vocational education preferred. 2+ years' experience in commercial kitchen, appliance repair, or complimentary field. Strong mechanical, electrical, and gas troubleshooting skills. Valid driver's license, clean driving record; must be 18+. Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and work in busy foodservice environments. Flexibility for overtime, weekend/holiday on-call rotation, and occasional travel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude.
