This Operations Manager (OM) will be in charge of managing all aspects of the operation at our locations in both Wailuku and Kihei.

The position will include hiring and managing of new team, handling logistics and efficiency of the operation, maintaining high-tech equipment, ordering supplies, as well as fleet management.

OM will ensure that all employees have the tools and resources needed to be successful in their jobs. OM is responsible for creating new systems, policies, and procedures as well as make adjustments as needed in accordance with the strategic alignment of the business and has many resources at their disposal.

They must be well-versed and compliant with OSHA standards. You will meet directly with the Owner to discuss successes, issues, projects and room for improvements and growth. Also, will meet with new and existing clients to determine their needs and to remedy any issues that may arise.

Salary is based on experience and total compensation includes incentive bonus program, full health benefits as well as mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Work schedule will include weekends and holidays.
