Position Overview:

We're hiring a

full-time Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician

to support our commercial accounts across Central PA. This role handles day-to-day service requests, repairs, and small improvement projects for offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, and more.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Drywall patching, finishing, and painting touch-ups Light electrical & plumbing (fixture swaps, basic repairs, troubleshooting) Basic concrete repairs (patching, small section replacement, leveling/skim where needed) Minor carpentry: trim, doors, hardware, caulking, general facility fixes Complete assigned work orders with photos/notes and communicate results Maintain a professional presence and represent Handy Bird on-site
What You Need to Bring (Qualifications)

Experience in building or facilities maintenance (commercial preferred) Ability to safely perform light electrical/plumbing at a repair--not remodel--level Familiarity with basic concrete repair methods (patching/skim/section replacement) Capable of working independently and problem-solving on-site Strong communication with the office, clients, and property contacts Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
