Working Electrical Supervisor

with a current

Colorado Journeyman License

to lead crews on

commercial and tenant improvement (TI) projects

. This is a

hands-on, tool-on role

for someone who understands fast-paced TI work, occupied buildings, and coordination with GCs and other trades.

This is

not residential

and

not industrial

work. If your background is primarily commercial and TI--and you're comfortable leading in that environment--we want to talk.

What You'll Do

Lead commercial and TI electrical work with safety as the top priority Work in the field daily alongside electricians and apprentices Direct crews in active, often occupied commercial spaces Coordinate closely with Project Managers and GCs to keep TI schedules moving Read, interpret, and help redline commercial drawings Plan manpower, tools, and materials for short-duration, high-coordination jobs Track daily work, timecards, and material usage Maintain quality, productivity, and professionalism on site Communicate clearly with GCs, building engineers, and client reps
What We're Looking For

Current Colorado Journeyman Electrical License (Required)

5+ years of commercial electrical experience

Direct experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects (Required)

2+ years in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role

Comfortable working in

occupied buildings and fast-turn environments

Strong understanding of commercial systems, layouts, and coordination Safety-driven, organized, and respected by field crews Able to balance hands-on work with basic reporting and planning
