Our team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and customer-focused Commercial Electrical Service Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team.

Job Summary

As the Service Coordinator, you'll be the central hub of our service department--scheduling jobs, dispatching electricians, managing work orders and ensuring smooth communication between clients, technicians and internal teams. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for reliability, excellence and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service calls, maintenance and emergency repairs for commercial/industrial clients Dispatch electricians and efficiently manage daily work assignments Communicate with clients regarding appointments, scope of work and follow-up Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure timely completion of work Process service records, reports, invoices and payments Assist management with administrative tasks and business development initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience in service coordination (preferably in electrical or construction industries) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Familiarity with scheduling software and work order systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or technical degree a plus)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical systems and terminology Experience with dispatching and technician routing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management platforms
