Commercial Credit Analyst

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Credit Analyst. The Ideal candidate will be working under general supervision and within established lending guidelines, policies and procedures develops and analyzes credit information pertaining to loans and credit lines. Evaluates the creditworthiness of existing and new clients for the Bank and merits of the loan request. Prepares or assists in the preparation of credit reports for presentation to loan officers, senior credit personnel and/or committees. Furnishes information relative to credit inquiries and provides assistance to SBA Division Manager. Prepares factual summaries, cash flow analyses, summaries, presents facts and may offer opinions concerning creditworthiness.

Preferred college degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Credit Analyst. Minimum 3 years previous analytical lending experience. Minimum 3 years underwriting experience. Knowledge of lending principles and documentation. Spread sheet analysis skills; good basic financial accounting skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Understanding of SBA SOP requirements, including underwriting and eligibility requirements of most commercial loan and SBA loan types. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a large volume of work. Good organizational skills. Knowledge of Banks lending products and services. Willing to learn.

Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking Preferred

Pay: $27.35 - $33.92 per hour
