We are seeking motivated and skilled individuals to join our commercial construction team in Northern Indiana. Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and equipment operation Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, concrete work, and finishing as directed by supervisors Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Support team members in completing projects on time and within scope Adhere to blueprints, specifications, and building codes during construction activities Assist with site inspections and quality control measures as needed

Experience

Prior experience in commercial construction or related trades is preferred but not required; training will be provided for entry-level candidates Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is a plus Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is advantageous Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are beneficial for job site access

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
