Job Description

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

• Manage daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects are progressing efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
