Job Description

The Commercial Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market conditions.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to determine project scope and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost projections.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for project components.
• Monitor market trends and pricing to maintain competitive project estimates.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates and project-related documentation.
